Registered Manager – Supported Living and Day Services A well-established, independent care provider is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead their Supported Living and Day Services in Worcestershire. This is a rare opportunity to join a values-led organisation that has been delivering excellent outcomes for adults with learning disabilities and autism for over 20 years. Their services are creative, supportive, and truly person-centred, making a real difference in the lives of the people they support. With a stable and experienced team already in place, they are now looking for a strong leader to guide the next phase of growth and development. You’d be joining an independent organisation with a strong reputation and a well-established staff team. Staff turnover is low, morale is high, and on-call is almost non-existent because the team is so competent and able to manage issues effectively. Services are staffed 24/7. Salary and Benefits * 22 days’ leave plus bank holidays * Competitive salary of £43,000–£47,000 * Enhanced annual leave and access to Blue Light Card discounts * Ongoing professional development and leadership training As the Registered Operations Manager, you will: * Take overall responsibility for Supported Living and Day Services, supporting team leaders and managers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care that make a meaningful impact in the lives of adults with learning disabilities. * Maintain strong, proactive relationships with commissioners, brokerage teams, and social workers * Promote the service locally and help shape new support pathways in response to changing commissioning needs * Ensure all services meet and exceed CQC and regulatory standards * Identify opportunities for service development and improvement What We Are Looking For * Previous management experience in a role such as Registered Manager, Service Manager, Supported Living Manager, Senior Care Manager, or Branch Manager within a regulated service such as Supported Living, Domiciliary Care, Day Services, or Residential Care * A relevant management qualification such as QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), or willingness to complete Level 5 if you currently hold Level 3 * A strong commitment to high-quality support for people with learning disabilities and/or autism * We’re looking for somebody who’s management style is to lead by example, work collaboratively with the team and empower and encourage people to be the very best they can. * You’ll be a confident communicator with experience working closely with commissioners and social care professionals * A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is needed Interested?
